This place went beyond my expectations, I went for lunch and dinner almost all of my stayed in Malapascua because they have plenty of Variety, food was delicious, and the staff is immaculate and friendly. I wanna remark it was my partners birthday and they manage to find us and cook a Lechon for us; so we can have a Lechon Party, and were really friendly and make each of our meals a good experience😎 Thankyou so much for all the hospitality; definitely best restaurant in Malapascua

Fun place and great diving. Getting there is half the fun. I took a van from Cebu Airport to the harbor, about 3.5 hours. You get to see a lot of coast, forests and local living. Boat ride is another 30 minutes or so. The resort is attractive and the restaurant is okay. I walked to the town market most nights for fresh grilled fish. Diving with thresher sharks was great, just expect 100 of your closest friends to be there too. Saw a big tiger shark first day. 👍👍. Gato island has sheer cliffs that end in drop offs and caves underwater. All good. Go for it.

Good restaurant! We ate there twice for dinner and once for breakfast. The menu is very varied but despite that the dishes are excellent, the pizzas are good. The service is pleasant. Special thanks to Rina for her welcome and her service.

My group and I stayed at Kokay’s throughout our dive trip in Malapascua Island. Both the resort and dive shop staff were friendly and always down to help us whenever we need, even recommend local gems for us to explore when we’re not diving. The food on-board island dives were delicious. Extremely grateful to them for making our trip so memorable and fun! Side note: there’s a Lechon dinner option available on your last day (Lechon: famous Philippine roasted pig) lip-smackingly good! Would definitely board with them again in the future!! (If you’re traveling to Malapascua, location-wise this is very convenient when going out to dive) 🙂

From the first day that we arrived, we always feel welcome and at home. Always excellent hospitality by the host and all the staff, good food, good dive center and good fun. We achieved our target of able to see many tresher shark. The highlight of our stay. Ritchell and all the staff, has been very accomodating and make us feel special. Kokay's Maldito Dive Resort has consistently been my top choice whenever I visit Malapascua, having stayed here four out of the five times I've visited the island. The dive shop is exceptionally well-run, with knowledgeable and friendly guides who ensure a safe and memorable diving experience. Whether you’re an experienced diver or a beginner, their professionalism and attention to detail make each dive an enjoyable adventure.The dining experience at the resort is equally impressive, with a menu featuring both Western and Asian-inspired dishes. The bar is the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring the underwater world, offering a great selection of drinks and a lively atmosphere. The friendly and welcoming waitresses add to the charm, creating a warm and inviting environment that captures the spirit of Malapascua.For me, Kokay's Maldito Dive Resort is more than just a place to stay—it's the heart of my Malapascua experience.
